Canada Day!

Finally the extra long weekend of the summer is here. Although Canada Day will be on Tuesday our company thankfully let us be off today!So we have a 4 day vacation! So far it has been very relaxing. Although I am not following what I was planning! Like finishing off my project and studying for the Quiz next weeked! It's only 3 weeks to the final exam and it is a bit scary! These quality engineering courses are really interesting and despite their workload I can't wait to take rest of the courses:).

Saturday Pishi and I went to one our friend's b-day party where I tried to re-cover my youthful years by trying to dance as much I can!! The weather was so hot and humid that we all had to take mini breaks after each song!!It was great seeing friends after a while.

Yesterday we watched the last half of Spain Vs. Germany Eurocup. It is always refreshing to see the underdogs win! It was a while since the last time I got to watch a soccor game. I think the last time we watched a game was during world cup!To continue with the moto of do as you wish today! We went swimming after a long time and we started watching the series, "Desperate Housewives". I have heard a lot from this series but I never watched it before.

Last week I was interviewed for the second phase of Front line Leadership program and one of my co-workers who were among the people who was interviewrd me gave me two thumbs up the day after the interview! I also had some sort of break through with our HR and the process of acquiring P. Eng.!
